Recently I had the great pleasure of hosting Benoit Lamere and his mother  Christine for a visit to my bee farm operation.  Upon meeting Benoit I was impressed by his knowledge of bees and as he was doing a project he wanted to have the "hands-on" experience of actually working with bees and the processing of honey.
